摘要
基于我国城市交通行业发展现状，从需求时空特点与运输资源配置角度分析当前城市公共交通系统面临的基本形势，研究可见，我国城市公共交通系统存在市场竞争力不足、客流效率下降、现有服务体系难以满足通勤出行核心诉求的问题。结合未来我国城市社会与经济发展的趋势，以及对城市公共交通特征的分析，推进城市公共交通行业可持续发展应采取以下对策：一是明确交通系统层级关系，制定公共交通差异化发展策略；二是优化公共交通运输组织模式，合理统筹运力资源配置；三是聚焦通勤出行核心场景，完善公共交通服务供给；四是加快地面公交发展转型，打造多元公共交通服务体系，从而优化城市交通结构、促进新时期城市公共交通的高质量发展。
Abstract
Based on the current development status of urban transportation industry in China， this paper analyzes the basic situation confronting urban public transit systems from the perspectives of spatiotemporal characteristics of travel demand and transportation resource allocation. It identifies prominent problems within domestic urban public transit systems， including insufficient market competitiveness， declining ridership operational efficiency， and an inadequate service system that fails to meet core commuting travel needs. Combined with China’s future urban social and economic development trends and an analysis of the characteristics of urban public transit， this study puts forward countermeasures to advance the sustainable development of the urban public transit industry： first， clarify the hierarchical relationship within the transportation system and formulate differentiated development principles for public transit； second， optimize the organization mode of public transit operation and rationally coordinate the allocation of transport capacity resources； third， focus on core commuting scenarios and improve the supply of public transit services； fourth， accelerate the transformation and development of ground public transport and build a diversified public transit service system.The research findings can serve as a reference for optimizing urban transportation structure and boosting the high-quality development of urban public transit in the new era.
