“交通强国”战略的深入实施和数智化时代的到来，对高校交通运输类专业人才培养改革提出迫切要求，涉及专业内涵的重构、课程内容的深度更新、教学方式方法的改变。交通运输行业战略任务带来的业务重点转变，对交通运输类人才培养的自主化、开放化、国际化与数智化提出新的要求。基于研究型高校本科生宽基础、研究生重技术的分层育人目标，应建立“招生—培养—就业”一体化全链条培养模式，以及以课程为载体的项目驱动式新型学习模式，以促进教育教学改革的制度化保障。

Against the backdrop of the in‑depth advancement of the strategy of building China into a transportation powerhouse and the development of the digital‑intelligent era， an urgent need arises for the reform of talent cultivation for transportation‑related majors in universities. This reform involves the reconstruction of program identities， the in‑depth renewal of curriculum content， and the adaptive adjustment of teaching approaches and methods.This paper analyzes the shifts in industrial priorities driven by the strategic tasks of the transportation industry and puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of transportation talents， namely independence， openness， internationalization， and digital intelligence. In light of the tiered training goals of research-oriented universities that prioritize broad foundational knowledge for undergraduates and technical proficiency for postgraduates， this paper proposes an integrated full-chain training model of “enrollment–cultivation–employment” and a curriculum-based project-driven learning model. It further discusses the institutional guarantees conducive to advancing educational and teaching reforms.
