高校“大设计”学科服务乡村振兴战略路径研究——基于北京交通大学的实践探索

摘要

乡村发展正由物质空间建设为主转向空间提质、文化复兴、产业升级和治理协同并重的系统性发展阶段。由建筑学、城乡规划学、设计学交叉融通形成的“大设计”学科，具有跨尺度、跨专业、跨过程和跨主体的综合优势。结合北京交通大学服务京津冀乡村振兴的实践，高校“大设计”学科可从四方面形成服务路径：以乡村复合需求为导向组织跨专业综合行动；以科研创新、人才培养和社会服务联动促进知识生产、能力塑造与行动转化；以传统村落保护、空间治理、文化传播和产业品牌等真实场景承载校地协同；以平台建设、运营陪伴和综合评价保障服务的长期性与可持续性。上述路径有助于将高校学科优势转化为服务乡村振兴和区域重大战略的综合能力。

Abstract

Rural development is shifting from a stage dominated by physical spatial construction toward a more systematic approach that gives equal emphasis to spatial upgrading， cultural revitalization， industrial upgrading， and collaborative governance. Emerging from the interdisciplinary integration of architecture， urban and rural planning， and design， the discipline of Integrated Design possesses comprehensive advantages in working across scales， specialties， processes， and agents. Drawing on Beijing Jiaotong University’s practices in supporting rural revitalization in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region， this study identifies four pathways through which universities can leverage Integrated Design： organizing interdisciplinary and integrated actions in response to the complex needs of rural areas； linking research innovation， talent cultivation， and social services to facilitate knowledge production， capacity building， and practical transformation； promoting university-local collaboration through real-world settings such as traditional village conservation， spatial governance， cultural communication， and rural industry branding； and ensuring the continuity and sustainability of services through platform development， continued implementation and operational support， and comprehensive evaluation. These pathways can help translate the disciplinary strengths of universities into comprehensive capacities for advancing rural revitalization and major regional strategies.
