根据碳达峰碳中和、交通强国、京津冀协同发展等国家重大战略需求，以及首都现代化综合交通体系建设要求，北京交通大学科研团队持续跟踪北京市交通运行和京津冀区域交通协同中的重点议题，综合运用实地调研、交通运行监测、政策评估、专题研讨以及交通大数据分析等方法，重点围绕小汽车依赖形成机制、公共交通运行优化、市郊铁路协同运营以及区域通勤体系建设等问题开展研究。基于上述研究，形成两点基本认识：一是超大城市交通治理不能仅依赖基础设施扩张，而应更加注重需求侧管理、公共交通优先发展与精细化治理协同推进；二是京津冀交通一体化的关键，在于强化轨道交通协同运营能力，完善市郊铁路与区域通勤体系，并以高速铁路高质量发展支撑区域协调和交通强国建设。

In response to major national strategic priorities， including carbon peaking and carbon neutrality， building China into a transportation powerhouse， coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region， and the construction of a modern comprehensive transportation system in the capital region， a research team at Beijing Jiaotong University has continuously conducted studies on key issues related to urban transportation development in Beijing and regional transportation coordination in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The team integrates multiple research approaches， including field investigations， transportation operation monitoring， policy evaluation， expert workshops， and transportation big-data analysis. The team focuses on issues such as the formation mechanisms of automobile dependency， optimization of public transportation operations， coordinated operation of suburban railways， and the development of regional commuting systems. Based on these studies， two major insights have been developed. First， transportation governance in megacities cannot rely solely on infrastructure expansion； greater emphasis should be placed on the coordinated advancement of demand‑side management， prioritized development of public transport and refined governance. Second， the key to integrated transportation development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region lies in strengthening coordinated rail transit operations， improving suburban railway and regional commuting systems， and leveraging high-quality development of high-speed railway to support regional coordination and the building of a country into a transportation powerhouse.
