红色文化是中国共产党在马克思主义指导下，团结带领广大人民群众在长期革命、建设和改革过程中形成的具有中国特色的先进文化，是宝贵的精神财富。新时代，深入推进红色文化融入研究生思想政治教育，是高校适应时代要求，深入贯彻立德树人根本任务，培育拔尖创新人才的重要举措。当前高校研究生红色文化教育已初见成效，但也一定程度上存在课堂教学相对传统，实践教育相对薄弱，网络载体利用成效相对有限，育人保障相对不足等问题。对此，高校应从课堂教学、实践体验、网络宣传、育人保障“四维”综合发力，通过讲好红色育人故事进一步提高课堂教学感染力；巧用红色育人场域进一步加强实践教学活动吸引力；优化红色育人传播进一步增强网络宣传渗透力；完善红色育人链条进一步加强育人保障支撑力。

Red culture is an advanced culture with Chinese characteristics formed under the guidance of Marxism by the CPC through uniting and leading the masses in long term revolution， construction and reform， and is a valuable spiritual wealth. In the new era， the in-depth promotion of red culture integration into the ideological and political education of postgraduates is an important initiative for colleges and universities to adapt to the demands of the times， to deeply implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education， and to cultivate top-notch innovative talents. The current postgraduate red culture education in colleges and universities has begun to see results， but there are also problems such as relatively conventional classroom teaching method and weak practical education， relatively limited effectiveness of the network publicity utilization， and insufficient guarantee for talent cultivation. Therefore， colleges and universities should make comprehensive efforts from the “four-dimension” of classroom teaching， practical experience， network publicity and talent cultivation guarantee， and further improve the appeal of classroom teaching by sharing stories of red education by good communications； further strengthen the attraction of practical teaching activities by ingenious use of red education occasion and field， optimize the spread of red education to further enhance the penetration of network publicity， and refine the red education chain to further strengthen the support of talent cultivation.
