| New Contribution of the 20th CPC National Congress to the People-centered Philosophy of Development |

Abstract The 20th CPC National Congress has made significant contributions to the enrichment and innovation of the people-centered philosophy of development. Through the deep understanding and grasp of the people’s concerns and expectations， by summarizing the experience and lessons of the international socialist movement， as well as achievements and experience in China’s reform and opening up and great transformation in the new era， and through theoretical elaboration of Chinese-style modernization， the 20th CPC National Congress has elevated the people-centered philosophy of development to a new theoretical height， further illustrated the importance， necessity and principles of adhering to the people-centered philosophy of development， and made clear the value and purpose of the people-centered philosophy of development.
