Abstract

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China， Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new ideas， new viewpoints， and new judgments on the major theoretical and practical issues of comprehensively deepening reform in the new era. These new ideas， new viewpoints， and new judgments embody dialectical thinking that integrates holistic advancement with targeted breakthroughs， goal orientation with problem-solving approaches， adherence to fundamentals with pioneering innovation， and China-centered development with global vision. They represent a creative application and development of Marxist materialist dialectics. Studying and interpreting the dialectical thinking in Xi Jinping’s new ideas， new viewpoints， and new judgments on comprehensively deepening reform is an essential requirement for implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. It is of great significance for deeply understanding and grasping the core principles and value connotation of Xi Jinping’s important expositions on comprehensively deepening reform， further advancing reforms， and opening up a broad prospect for Chinese path to modernization.
