Influence of Supply Chain Integration on Innovation Performance of Food Enterprises： Mediating Role based on Open Innovation

Abstract This paper selects 211 food companies in Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei regions as the research subjects and uses questionnaires to obtain data， aiming to explore the impact of supply chain integration on the innovation performance of food companies and the mediating role of open innovation. Supply chain integration includes supplier integration， customer integration and internal integration， and open innovation includes two modes of exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation. The results show that while supplier integration has a significant direct impact on the innovation performance of food enterprises， internal integration and customer integration do not； while exploratory innovation plays a significant mediating role in supplier integration and internal integration to enhance the innovation performance of food companies， exploitative innovation does not. Therefore， food companies should pay close attention to supplier integration， focus on internal integration， strengthen customer integration， and on the whole， emphasizes exploratory innovation from the inside out， thereby significantly contributing to the improvement of innovation performance.
