Abstract To adapt to the high-quality development of the economy and accelerate the construction of a “dual circulation” development pattern under the new circumstances， effectively combining the strategy of domestic demand expansion and innovation-driven development becomes a strategic multiplier option. Viewing from the perspective of dynamic evolution， a virtuous cycle of interaction exists between “demand and innovation”. The implementation of the innovation-driven strategy based on expanding domestic demand provides a realistic basis for exploring this virtuous interaction mechanism. At the same time， it is necessary to rely on the domestic market to bring in at a high level and go global on a large scale， and implement the innovation-driven development strategy based on domestic demand against the background of opening up， so as to create a new competitive advantage for China in the new round of economic globalization.
