Abstract:With the transformation of modes of production in the era of digital intelligence, deepening school-enterprise collaboration and developing talents that meet the demand of market have become the new requirements on the integration of industry and education from the standpoint of economic and social development. Dynamic case-based teaching and education, characterized by fresh contents, activated process and flexible approach, can effectively cultivate students’ innovative thinking and practical operation ability, therefore is especially enlightening and valuable for the innovation of talent development mode of economics and management discipline in colleges and universities. Dynamic case-based teaching and education model can bridge cognitive disparity in the process of industry and education integration, and is conducive to the design of teaching content and methods according to the “real” problems faced by enterprise frontier practice, thereby construct talent development modes that mutually reinforce industry and education, and provide a solution to the mismatch between supply of talent development and demand of industrial development.
