平台经济发展对中国劳动力市场分割的影响

Abstract Labor market segmentation has become a major factor constraining the increase in residents’ incomes in China. The emergence of the platform economy provides new ideas and schemes for breaking labor market segmentation and achieving common prosperity. So， has the platform economy effectively solved the segmentation of the labor market in China？ By measuring the platform economy index and labor market segmentation， and comprehensively analyzing the impact of the platform economy on labor market segmentation， the study shows the following results： First， the platform economy has heterogeneous effects on different types of labor market segmentation. It has intensified segmentation between sectors， but alleviated urban-rural labor market segmentation， and has no significant impact on the segmentation between the institutional and non-institutional labor markets； Second， different dimensions of platform economy， such as platform infrastructure， platform transactions and platform commodities， also have heterogeneous effects on the segmentation of different types of labor market. Therefore， it is necessary to strengthen the construction of rural digital infrastructure and digital transactions， improve the regulatory mechanisms for the use of digital platforms， promote the construction of platform for goods， and further release the mitigating effects of the platform economy on labor market segmentation.
