Abstract：In view of the overall situation of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics， and from the height of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation， Xi Jinping Thought on Culture， by focusing on the specific reality of China’s cultural construction and adapting to the new requirements of cultural development， provides a systematic and in-depth explanation on the construction of China’s socialist culture in the new era， points out the overall objectives and tasks of cultural construction in the new era， and clarifies the status and role of cultural construction， as well as the fundamental policies and strategic measures， thus making another major innovation on the Theory of Chinese Socialist Culture Construction in the new era.
