Abstract：Xi Jinping’s view on people’s interests in the new era is formed on the basis of inheriting the theoretical essence of developing the Marxist thought on the interests of the people， continuing the mission of the CPC to seek the interests of the people， and analyzing the realistic situation of the people’s interests in the new era. As an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era， Xi Jinping’s view on people’s interests in the new era follows the evolution route of “what are people’s interests”， “how to view people’s interests” and “how to realize people’s interests” and constructs a three-dimensional logical framework with people’s interests as the core element. It contains rich connotations and essentials like development theme， value orientation， work approach， test gauge， realization route， international responsibility as well as profound value implications. It has added new content to the Marxist thought on the interests of the people， provided new guidelines for building a new community of the Party and the masses with a shared future， and provided new impetus for promoting the all-round development of human beings.
